Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising under these Legal Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the one (1) month immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Legal Terms or the Services, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through informal negotiations for a period of 30 days from the date the dispute is notified in writing.
